GloryPay User Mandate & Disclaimer

This page explains the authorization granted by users to GloryPay in its role as a licensed payment facilitator. By using the GloryPay platform, users acknowledge that GloryPay operates solely as an intermediary (“Payment Facilitator”) between service providers and their clients for the purpose of processing and settling transactions.
Users authorize GloryPay to receive, hold, convert (where applicable), and remit funds on their behalf, in compliance with applicable financial regulations and the GloryPay Terms of Service. Any currency conversion or related services are subject to the applicable rates, fees, and disclosures communicated by GloryPay.
GloryPay does not participate in, endorse, or influence the nature of the underlying services or activities for which payments are made. Its role is strictly limited to the technical and financial facilitation of payments between the involved parties.
By using GloryPay, users confirm that all transactions processed through the platform are lawful, transparent, and directly related to their declared professional activities.
