General

What is GloryPay?

GloryPay is a financial platform built specifically for professionals and businesses in the adult industry. You get an IBAN account, payment cards, incoming and outgoing payments and payment solutions made for your sector, with privacy, discretion, compliance and security at the core. Access requires verification and meeting our onboarding requirements.

What is the member area and why do I need to register?

The member area contains detailed information about our services, onboarding, fees, compliance requirements, supported countries and practical guides. Access is restricted because GloryPay is made for professionals and businesses in the adult industry: it protects the privacy of our members, keeps the platform secure and confirms eligibility. Registration is free and does not oblige you to open an account or use GloryPay.

Is the member area where I manage my account?

No. Your balance, card and transfers are managed in the GloryPay app. The member area on this website is purely informative: guides, updates, events and ordering payment terminals.

Who can apply for a GloryPay account?

GloryPay is for professionals who struggle to get access to banking: independent adult workers, online creators, escort services, adult entertainment venues, bars and short-stay venues linked to the industry, and other legal adult-related businesses. Every application is reviewed manually and goes through KYC/AML verification and compliance approval. You must operate legally in one of the supported countries.

Does a client know my name?

No. Your personal details, including your name, are never shared with clients. Transactions stay secure and discreet for everyone involved.

Is GloryPay free?

Opening an account is free, and there are no monthly or yearly fees. You only pay per transaction and for the physical card. The exact fees are in the member area, after your free registration.

Why do you ask for my real name and address?

Because international KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (anti-money laundering) rules require it. It keeps the platform secure and legal. Your details are stored securely and are never shared with clients or other users.

I don't have a bank account.

No problem. Once you start the onboarding with GloryPay and your details have been reviewed, a personal IBAN account is created for you automatically.

Are my clients anonymous, and does my name appear on their payment?

Yes. Your clients stay fully anonymous when you use a payment terminal, and your personal name does not appear on their payment: only a neutral reference is shown. For manual bank transfers, your artist name or company name is shown as the holder of the IBAN account.

Who is behind GloryPay?

GloryPay is a brand of Xnity SA (Brussels), a registered agent of Paynovate SA, an e-money issuer regulated by the National Bank of Belgium.

Payments and transactions

Can I make a reservation for a client?

No. You can however share your IBAN details directly with your client using the share function in the GloryPay app.

Can my client choose the amount, for example to add a tip?

Not on the payment terminal. You enter the amount in the app before the payment, and the client cannot change it on the terminal. If you want to include a tip, add it to the total before you start the payment.

Which payment methods does GloryPay support?

Payment terminals accept Visa and Mastercard. For businesses such as bars and hotels, terminals also accept Bancontact (Belgium).

How long does it take for a payment to arrive?

A card payment on the terminal is confirmed immediately. The money usually reaches your account the same day, or within three banking days at most. Transfers to your IBAN are credited instantly.

What is the minimum and maximum amount I can charge?

Minimum €50 and maximum €3,000 per transaction. Higher amounts are possible after prior agreement with GloryPay and a compliance review.

Can I share my account details?

Yes. You get a fully working IBAN account and you are free to share your IBAN when needed. It works like a regular European bank account, within the compliance rules.

Can I send money from my GloryPay account?

Yes, to any other bank account, as long as you have the recipient's IBAN. Transfers go through the standard SEPA system. Important: the recipient's name must exactly match the legal name of the account holder. A different name can lead to a rejected or delayed transfer, and GloryPay is not responsible for failed, delayed or lost transfers.

Do you support instant SEPA transfers?

Technically yes, but the feature is not activated by default. This protects you against fraud: if someone ever gained unauthorised access to your account, instant transfers could be misused.

I am an online creator. Do you accept me?

Yes. GloryPay supports creators on subscription, content and fan platforms such as OnlyFans or Chaturbate, where traditional banks often block payouts. Use your IBAN for platform payouts and your card for expenses. The standard onboarding and compliance review apply.

Account and setup

In which countries is GloryPay available?

GloryPay is available to professionals who live and work in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Sweden. Payment terminals work in these countries. If you work through online platforms, you must also live and work in one of these countries.

I work outside these countries. Can I still join?

Contact us at support@glorypay.com. Every request is reviewed individually, on a case-by-case basis.

How do I start my application?

Download the GloryPay app from Google Play or the App Store, create your account and complete the onboarding with your identity and business details. Upload the requested KYC documents and wait for the compliance review. Once you are approved, you receive your IBAN and can order your card and a terminal. Registered members find a step-by-step guide with screens in the member area.

Which documents do I need?

An ID card or passport, and one proof of residence such as a utility bill, bank statement, rental agreement or residence certificate, preferably dated within the last 3 months.

How long until my account is fully operational?

Approval usually takes a few business days after you have submitted all required documents. Your IBAN is issued as soon as you are approved, the card arrives within a few business days, and a terminal depends on shipping. The most important factor is correct and complete KYC information.

What can I do with my physical and virtual card?

With the physical card you shop worldwide wherever Visa or Mastercard is accepted, withdraw cash, pay contactless and pay while travelling. The virtual card is for online payments and can be used immediately. Both cards are linked directly to the balance of your GloryPay account.

How much does a payment terminal cost?

We offer two terminal models. Their prices are in the member area, after your free registration.

Support and security

I no longer have access to my e-mail address. What should I do?

Contact support@glorypay.com. For security and compliance reasons we start a new KYC verification. Once it succeeds, we update your e-mail address.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Open the GloryPay app, tap Forgot password on the login screen and enter your registered e-mail address. Then follow the instructions in the e-mail. Reset links are only valid for a limited time, and repeated failed attempts can temporarily block access. No access to your e-mail? Contact support@glorypay.com.

Data and privacy

Can I ask for my personal data to be deleted (right to be forgotten)?

Yes. Under data protection law, including the GDPR, you can ask for the deletion of your personal data at any time. GloryPay may be legally required to keep certain information for regulatory, compliance, anti-money laundering, fraud prevention or legal reasons. Send your request to support@glorypay.com.

Why is there a charter?

The charter describes the principles we work by. It is not a restrictive contract but a commitment to a safe, discreet and respectful financial environment, with six commitments: discretion and privacy first, simple and accessible payments, built-in safety and security, financial empowerment and control, inclusivity and equality, and innovation with purpose. Privacy. Power. Progress.
